Instructions
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with avocado oil.
Step 2.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Fold in the veggies, sausage, and shredded cheese.
Step 3.
Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
Step 4.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and the center is set. Let cool slightly before serving.
