Jalapeño Cheddar Frittata



This is the best homemade jalapeño cheddar frittata recipe you'll ever make! Simple, savory, and loaded with cheesy goodness, this dish is a crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for brunch, breakfast meal prep, or even a light dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 7 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk I used almond milk
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 breakfast sausage links chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish with avocado oil.
  • Step 2.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Fold in the veggies, sausage, and shredded cheese.
  • Step 3.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and top with additional cheese if desired.
  • Step 4.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and the center is set. Let cool slightly before serving.
