Giant Strawberry Pop Tart

Ingredients 

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup strawberry fruit jam
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll one puff pastry sheet to 9×15 inches, spread jam, and top with second rolled-out sheet.
  • Crimp edges, poke holes, and brush with egg wash.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Mix powdered sugar and cream for icing, then drizzle and top with sprinkles.
  • Slice and enjoy!
