Cilantro Lime Coleslaw

Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
sour cream
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1
tablespoon
white vinegar
1
teaspoon
sugar
1/4
cup
cilantro
chopped
4
cups
cabbage
shredded
Salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, and cilantro until smooth.
Toss the dressing with shredded cabbage and any additional veggies you'd like to include.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy with tacos, BBQ, or as a refreshing side dish.
