Cilantro Lime Coleslaw



Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, and cilantro until smooth.
  • Toss the dressing with shredded cabbage and any additional veggies you'd like to include.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy with tacos, BBQ, or as a refreshing side dish.
